ARTIST REGISTRATION INFORMATION
This year's event is scheduled for August 13 & 14, 2022.
Returning artists do not need to be juried, however, booth fees need to be submitted by June 25, 2022. First time artists are expected to participate in the jury process and provide a jury fee of $25, plus booth fee. First time artists are asked to provide pictures of their art by email no later than June 1, 2022 to: lac59639@gmail.com. Applications will be accepted through June 25, 2022 or later if space is available. Applications received after June 25, 2022 are subject to a $10 booth fee increase.

Jury Process
The jury panel consists of five to seven members. Artwork is evaluated for quality, creativity and originality. Jurors also attempt to achieve a balance of mediums represented at the festival. All jury decisions are final.

10’ x 10’ - $60.00 (occupied by one artist only)
10’ x 20’ - $80.00 (may be occupied by two artists, however, the second artist needs to pay a $25 booth fee & be accepted by jury)

Park Information
- Water is on a limited basis
- There are limited spaces with electricity available
- The Lincoln Art Council disclaims any authority of control over vendors' operation. Vendors assume all rights and responsibilities for their operation's conduct.
- The LAC does not have separate vendor coverage under any insurance it may maintain.
- All fixtures and materials are left overnight at the vendors' risk.
- Lincoln Art & Music Festival is open to all artists and craftspeople.
- Commercially made goods, work from kits and commercial patterns are not permitted.
- All work must be original, produced and represented by the artist - NO dealers or agents.
- Artists displaying work at the show that is of inferior quality to the work presented in the application or work not presented with the application will be subject to removal from the show.
- The Lincoln Art & Music Festival judges reserve the right to remove work from the show if it is determined the work is commercially produced.

Online Applications
- Applications are accepted digitally and materials are reviewed online by the jury. If you are unable to apply online, please call Karyn Good @ (406) 210-5782 for assistance.
- Applications must be complete to be eligible for submission and only completed applications will be juried. Please use the checklist below to ensure that you have all information and images required to finish the application process.
- Applications require three (3) digital images in .jpg format, of your work.
- Returning artists do not need to pay the $25 fee to re-apply. Helpful hint: The jury looks for professional presentation and a variety of creative work. Make sure you are submitting quality photos of your work. It is highly recommended that new artists include a picture of their booth set up from past art show/festivals, etc. Please send your pictures to the email lac59639@gmail.com.

- June 25th is the suggested registration deadline, however, if there is still available space we will do our best to get new artists juried in.
- $25 non-refundable registration fee for ALL NEW artists (the registration fee is separate from booth fees). You will not be juried in until this fee is paid in full.
- If you have more than one type of art, please include three pictures of each type of art.
Payments
- New applicants applying online will pay the $25 non-refundable registration fee through PayPal. If you have been juried in and paid this fee in the past, you will not be asked to pay it again.
- All mail-in entries must include a $25 non-refundable registration fee unless you have been juried into the show in the past. Checks, credit cards and money order are accepted. No cash payments. Please make checks payable to Lincoln Art Council and mail to PO Box 893, Lincoln, MT 59639.
- Checks for entry fees may not be post-dated.
- All fee payments must be made in US funds.
Jury Process

Acceptance Notification
- All juried and accepted artist will receive an email notice by July, 1 2021. Accepted artists will then receive an acceptance packet via email or snail mail that includes a festival map and booth assignment. Later applicants will be handled as timely as possible. We will accept applications until June 25th if space is available.
- Booth fee must be paid in full before August 8th.
- Payment can be made on PayPal or with a check made out to Lincoln Art Council.
- Booth fee is not due until you have been accepted as a participating artist, but before the Festival date.
Booth Fees & Rules

- Booths are provided by the artists, as well as any tables, tent walls, art hangers, etc.
- Booths are required to be tied down and weighted (50 lbs. recommended on all sides) for your protection and the protection of artists on either side.
- Walls on booths are highly recommended to protect against damage that could occur due to wind.
